This file is a fix to allow verification of advanced rule changes using the 19.3 DB this has been an issue since the Winter update as various error messages started appearing when attempting to verify

if users want to save as a xml file open file in editor and use the export option and then save file this will generate a xml file in your editor data folder

still issues with the file if you are changing fixture rules for such things as squad selection etc

there are no issues if you select the 19.1 (original db) and make the changes
looks like the editor is still bugged and wont be fixed now this file has resolved a lot of the issues but not all
