What does the new files in Transfer Update do?

It's been a month since I last played FM, and therefore one month since I last downloaded from here.

I see there are new files "USA", "England".

What are those?

Extra file adding FC Cincinnati to the MLS is in U.S.A.

The files were made by the Minsterman and info is in the sticky files

any doubt open in editor ans take a look

Instead of having one big file, we divided it into different small ones. It makes it a lot easier for people to make their own contributions and to fix potential error with the files

yes by far the best way to do things as you say ,keep edited changes topic specific and far easier to resolve issues then too and gives the user the option to add the files they want not being forced into using one big file with all changes in it
