We played well, in arguably the toughest run of games to date. We jumped to 13th place. The league is very competitive. The job now is to build on the start.

A tough draw against a high flying Rotherham side. We had our chances. Had a couple of disallowed goals towards the end of the game. Naturally disappointed but will take the points.

1st Month Done ... be back shortly. Going for food.

I think Cymro should be allowed to remain at FGR for the remainder of the season.

Hahaha cheers lads, but wouldn't want to do this save all by myself, that's the joy of this succession game We are all chipping in. I have made some terrible terrible signings for the club, so I try and redeem via the games.

Great comeback ... well we shouldn't have gotten ourselves into that situation as it was. We conceded sloppily twice and we had to really fight back to claim a point.

Big win, considering we had little of the possession but made good of the opportunities we had. Cracking stuff.

Impressive victory. Team is starting to gel, problem is tho the lack of depth. With no youth coming through the ranks from the club itself, the cupboard is a little bare.

I sign off with a win from some fantastic play. Maguie is a beast, but works well off Novak. We took our chances and we deserved the win.



Not a bad looking table. Really happy with how the squad played. Still not convinced it as strong as it could be but the squad seems to have gelled well. I don't think promotion would be a good thing for us personally. But there is a long way to go in the season.

You mentioned Macguire plays well off Novak, I knew I signed him for a reason haha.

Well played, as allways, Cymro! I felt that there was something good on it's way during my two months. We're a decent enough team, but maybe it's the lack of routine that stops us sometimes.

And a shirt would be awesome, I don't think there are a single FGR shirt in Sweden. I could be the first... Where do "we" come from, by the way, I just realised that I actually have no idea where The New Lawn is located...

FGR are based in Nailsworth in Gloucestershire.

First win in my first game thanks to a goal from wonderkid Maguire. We've still got him under contract for another three years but look at his current demands... Oshodi is out of contract at the end of the season- as he's been with us from the start and he's our captain, I'd like to give him a new deal.

Fletcher tore us apart. He's on 36k a week- our highest paid player is on 5k. Still in the play offs though!

Chambers' goal in stoppage time got us the win against bottom side Leicester. I went Overload for the last 20 minutes which was a risky move so happy it paid off.

Makombo-Eboma scored his first goals of the season with a good win away at Watford. Maguire got injured in training and is ruled out for 2 weeks so played Novak as target man alongside Eboma.

Good win against fellow play off contenders Sheffield Wednesday- up to 3rd now.

Illiev saved a penalty for us in the last ten minutes to gain us a point.

We've got Manchester City next at home in the third round of the FA Cup. Played them a few years ago and lost, will be good to play them again.

Arrives just in time for the Manchester City game. He's still young and versatile in the forward positions- hopefully he can be a hit here.

There's the bloke from Crewe I have been harping on about, wish we would go for him. Has a promising future, should look to capitalize on him ASAP.

Also...

Really happy with this purchase. This guy's got great potential and has great stats for somebody at the mere age of 20. Crewe want too much for that striker- they want £1 million.

Howe got sent off on his debut after coming on at half time- terrible performance.
