Succession Game

That's how it looks when you see your title dreams fly away. McLaren wasn't playing well and I was about to sub him, just waiting for the next opportunity. That opportunity came when he fouled Fransisco in the penalty area. Curtains down. Sorry fellas.

Not happy about how we play right now. We now have 5 games in a 10 days: March 12, 15, 17, 19, 22.

And a new pile of rubbish.

Switched almost the entire team, and that gave us a comfortable win.

Advanced in the cup after a good display. Sanchez is actually the top scorer in the FA cup.
Tried a slight different tactic, moving down the wingers, and moving up the central midfielders. I have felt that the midfield isn't producing enough, this might be a solution. We'll see.

So far the new tactic is working wonders!

It was our game. We were really pushing for a winner, when the ref wanted too steal the headlines.

Two narrow wins, that needn't be so close really. Tired legs and heads, i guess.



Just after I took this screen shot City lost to United, so if we win our next match we're only two points behind 2nd place. We have left to play Arsenal at home.

This is how my turn turned out.

Won the Europa League in extra time and made hardwork of it against a poor Liverpool side. Nice to see we managed to hold the league champions to a draw too,



Ended 3rd but could so easily been higher.

Good job Cymro. I realised that I could ask the board to build a new stadium now. They said there was 't enough money. But we should press on, tell them about the financial benefit.

We have fuck all money, I really wanna strengthen our wings but can't, looks like it will be a baron transfer window for me. Gonna go play some Fifa 14 for a bit then come back to it and see if I can weave some magic.

I felt some loyalty to him as he has been quality, we all saw what happened when our squad suffered injuries so keeping players who can do a job is important especially when we can't afford to bring new ones in.

Don't know if he will stay or not now, agent wouldn't budge from 46k per week.

Also who changed the first team instructions for our director of football to handle first team contracts? He just handed out new contracts to pretty much the entire first team, well before they were to expire and prolly cost us more then should have.

Only a loan signing but there really is nothing out there that peaks my interest in terms of signings, we do need some squad depth though and this kid looks the goods.

We were attached to the Arsenal post but I denied interest.

My stint is up after 3 friendly wins. Itchy still has a month to do any transfers and all of the kitty as I couldn't find anyone I liked.

Made two signings for some squad depth.



Daniels arrives for free after he was released from Liverpool. Or rather he left maybe.



Ruggiero cost me about 5M, and I think he could do the job as a rotation player.

Played two friendlies: Sheff Utd 4-0 and Juventus 2-0.

Easy win over a poor Burnley

Should have been an easy win, but Levytskiy's early red card changed that. A strong 10 men come back, though.

Destroyed City in the European Super Cup!

On deadline day, Schalke made a bid of 10.5 M for our fullback Ibrahim Sakim. I just couldn't refuse that offer for a back up player. To fill the vacancy I loaned El Kaddouri from PSG.

The oh so clever manager played the normal tactic. Who would have guessed...

Made it harder than we had to. A nice win though.

Had 2-0 before Evans was sent off, then we scored two more before the break. They threw everything at us in the second half, but were never close.

Not fair, but Francisco and Mutlu are such great players they just take the ball and don't let go until it's in the net.

Good win. Four of our goals came from set pieces.

Daniels scored his first goal for the club to give us the victory.

My stint is a good un. Qualified for the next stage of the Champions League and kept pressure up at the top of the league.



So we are just behind City I'm sure the lads will do us proud and put us into a position to win the league!
