Cant get it to extract

Everytime i use winrar to extract the data i get an error message saying 'the arcive is either damaged or in an unknown format' Any ideas?

It's not been compressed into .zip or .rar format so WinRAR won't be able to extract it. Just copy the file into the location specified in the instructions on our site.
