Adding Leagues

just started a new game and wanted to know if i have three countries selected (because my computer isnt amazingly quick) and im searching for a player and cant find him can i use add league to select the country of the person i want then can i delete the league again and keep doing this?thanx

Yes but the new league wont show up until it's next season is due to start and you won't be able to get rid of it again until the season after that.
