Hi,
I play in the English league. I bought 3 players from South America. they didn't get a work permit although I could sign them. What can I do to get them allowed and to play in my team as soon as possible?

The only way is to loan them out to an EU club for probably a couple of seasons and they should then be eligible (if I remember right there may be an option to loan them for the purpose of getting a permit to an affiliate club, but may be wrong as been such a long time since I've looked).

I'm guessing you've not gone through Brexit yet as then you would probably just need to give them a new contract with higher pay to get one?

Personally I don't sign players if they fail in getting a permit as can be very hard trying to loan them out for such a long time.
