Reinstall without Steam...?

Hi everyone!

I've got a store-purchased copy of FM13 (not downloaded via Steam) but I decided to install the game with Steam.

Now I cant access the game because of a problem with Spyhunter and my firewall and I cant seem to manage to solve it - so I was wondering if I can uninstall the game (and keep the saved games?) and then reinstall it but not with Steam, only with the CD.

Will my saved games disappear as I uninstall the game?
Will I still be able to acess the Editor?

think he answer to that will be no,you will need steam,but once the game is loaded you can go into steam and start steam in offline mode,then you will not need to use steam at all.
