Hey Bolid
How do I edit your PSD files? There are some templates that I'm interested in, but I have no idea how to edit them.
bolid74
There are bunch of videos on my channel, you can start with this one, which seems to me most related to your question:
Using PSD template to create a kit for Football manager (youtube.com)

My PSD files for Premier and Championship 24/25 leagues, free for all to use:

Thank you @bolid74 for your continuous and fantastic work! We appreciate all the time it takes you 👏👏 Cheers!

Could you also include the Sunderland away template? That would be awesome.
bolid74
I didn't make Sunderland away. I included some kits made by other people in english pack in order to save time

@bolid74 sorry to bother you, and thank you for your great work, as always
Can I ask you to add Kappa unlocked templates for the last season or two?
Unfortunately, Kappa's current lines are not represented in the templates folder or your English league build.
In fact, it seems to be the only significant brand that this is true for. I've put a lot of effort into it, but I cannot replicate these contours accurately 😢
Cheers!

I'm afraid I don't have time to work on FM21-24 templates anymore. I'm heavily invested in English leagues and FM25 is out in two months. 3D kits will become obsolete and SS kits who knows if they'll be usable or some other format will be required.
Out of curiosity though, I'd like a link to those current lines to check them out, because I'm pretty sure that I covered all teamwear kits from season 23/24 and new catalogue is not yet out

I use to websites to view T-shirts: https://www.classicfootballshirts.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=2024-25+kappa and https://www.footballkitarchive.com/kappa-2024-25-kits/
The first website provides a flat view of the T-shirts, which helps me to assess the size and scale of the elements more accurately. The second website has photos in volume, which I can compare with the 3D kit viewer.
In the 2024-25 season, Kappa has one main template with raglan sleeves and offset side seams to the back. The seam on the shorts is also shifted towards the back. An arched seam below the collar, on the back side, may or may not be present.
As well as an option with regular sleeve (Monaco) and standard side seams (Genoa).

@bolid74 I apologize for the possible novice question, but may I know what tools and settings you use to draw seam contours (lines black) and their outlines (lines white)?
it is assumed that I use Photoshop, am able to use curves and have basic knowledge. The question is about these lines — They look different no matter what I do.
I am having difficulty adjusting my lines to match the style of your template drawings, it's very frustrating)

@dhjkl before bolid answers you I took some screenshots, I hope they can help you

Those are unique kits made for particular team, I don't make those as templates for kit making. I'm focused on English leagues and I release those kits as psd files, so if you're lucky some english team will have similar template. If not, well someone else will have to do it.
Templates are made for teamwear kits that are used by many teams so it make sense to make them in advance and save time later.
bolid74
I don't use photoshop, but I believe tools are quite similar for all paint program.
I make seam lines by drawing curved or straight lines 1 pixel wide, anti-aliased, black color
Then I duplicate the layer and the new layer I convert line color to white with negative image. Then blur the white lines.
Then I select back the black lines and cut through white blurred lines.
Then set transparency of both layers to cca 20%, depending of the color of the kit.
In this video I do that at cca 23:20
Making Nottingham Forest kit for Football Manager

@Humberto21 Here, this is what I needed, your answer exhausts the question. Grazie!
