Welcome to my brand new Football Manager 2020 career, The Teplice Trophy Hunt, where I head over to the Czech Republic to take charge of top division side, FK Teplice. This is a country that I have never managed in despite playing football management games for more than 20 years so it is completely new horizons for me.

We may have one of the biggest stadiums in the country but despite being top tier regulars, FK Teplice have never won the top division title in their 75 year history and in recent years have become a mid-table team with no European qualification for 10 years.

The aim of this FM20 career is to bring glory to FK Teplice and finally win them the Czech league title. Maybe we can add some European silverware along the way too but the primary aim is to dominate our home country. The trophy cabinet may be a little bare but surely we can change that!

As a usual lower league management FM player, this is something slightly different for me as we will actually have a bit of money to spend right from day 1! Can we overcome the likes of Sparta Prague, Viktoria Plzen and Slavia Prague? Let's find out!

In part 2 of this new Football Manager 2020 challenge, we play our first ever competitive fixture in charge of FK Teplice. Our opponents are UEFA Champions League participants, Viktoria Plzen. It promises to be a huge challenge for the opening day of season one.

We also take a look at the array of new signings that we have made to prepare us for the first season of this career. There are also some interesting backroom staff additions, including two Dutch coaches with a wealth of international experience and reputations far greater than mine!

Just a quick question dude, how the hell can you have three stories on the go at once? It's hard for me to do one and work full time shifts daily but I manage it....just!

Personally, I'd concentrate on one myself but each to their own. Would also be good to have some written updates to go along with the YouTube videos. Gives more meaning.

But as I said, these are my thoughts and mine alone.

Never had 3 at once. I was doing 2, Balzers/Liechtenstein and Sola FK. I ended the Sola FK one because of a couple of things and picked up the Teplice one in it's place.

The Liechtenstein Challenge I play 90% live on Twitch, 3 nights per week (summer breaks I do offline). The YT videos for this challenge are to allow people who can't always catch me on Twitch to still be able to keep up to date. You will notice with that one I only do maybe 2 YT videos per season with this.

The Teplice Career is one that I play offline and post more regular updates to YT as that is my YT series.

So I expect to always have 2 on the go. A Twitch save and a YT save. It's not uncommon for youtubers/streamers to have a couple of careers on the go at once.

It would make sense to use this file for more realisme : https://sortitoutsi.net/downloads/view/50426/fm2020-licensing-and-real-name-fix-file-v01-for-fm20-beta-awaiting-release

most changes are save game compatible, but some only takes effect after you start a new game

Damn that looks a complicated step by step guide on installing it haha. Will give it a go, thanks for the heads up.

EDIT: Done. It definitely has updated at least the competition names on my saved games. Club names will only be for new games.

Thanks!
