Is FM2020 Live Transfer Data Update not applicable to FM19?

Downloaded 2 latest xml files from Data Update zip (966.96kb) have been moved to my FM19 editor data`s folder. But there is NO change of my Arsenal squad after starting a New Career game. (Cezh, Ramsey, Koscielny, etc still there)

I suppose the download files are in common regardless of the game version. Is there another file to download other than the one from Live Transfer Update for the previous year`s version of FM?

Searched in sortitoutsi regarding my question, but there is no relevant result. Any one can help please?
