Problems with loan contract dates

I have tried to update loan agreement dates through the tool on the website, I requested the change on the date and it was accepted and changed as shown in the recent changes, but when downloading the latest update date, the game shows a totally different date and the same problem occurs with other players, having contracts expired before the correct deadline
