So the main aim of the challenge is to win all the major leagues on the British Isles and win as many trophies as possible.
My previous best was in FM 19 when I managed to win Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Scotland. So my aim this time is to complete the challenge ending in England.

In Season 1 after starting unemployed I applied to a number of teams and I settled with PSNI who play in the NIFL Premier Intermediate League. Upon joining the board's aim was to be competitive in the league, the media predicated me to finish in 9th position and the season preview showed me at 7th with 33-1 odds. I finished the league in 5th place (see image below). In the cups, I achieved alright but I ended up winning the Northern Irish Intermediate Cup after beating Coleraine Reserves 2-0 in the final.
At the end of the season, my top goalscorer was Connor Ferrelly who got 27 goals in 30 appearances. He also won the Fans player, Young players and Signing of the season. My average home attendances was 127 what is 12% full.

Starting Season 2 the board expectation was top half. The media predicted me to finish 5th and the Season Preview had me at 7th at 7-1. The cup competitions weren't that great. When I hit January and the transfer window opened I ended up losing my best players to higher division teams and at that point to was 1st in the league and after that, it went downhill from there.
The season review went like Top Goalscorer Peter Nickell with 18 goals in 33 appearances, he also was able to collect the Young player and signing of the season. The fan's player of the season was Andrew Ferguson. The average home attendance was 144 was is 14% full of what was up by 2%.
At the end of the season, I decided to step down as PSNI manager after 617 days in charge with the record of 71 games 37 wins 13 draws 21 lost 123 goals for 89 goals against +34 goal difference 52 % win percentage and 1 cup win.
