Starting unemployed as a Sunday Leaguer with no badges doesn't yield many job offers, finally got one from struggling Swedish First Division South side, Eskilsminne IF in October 2020.

My goal in this save is first of all to keep this team playable and avoid being relegated this season, but long term, would like to take this minnow in the 3rd tier of Swedish football to the top league and build Sweden as a whole nation.

Welp, it was a last day relegation in the end, the Swedish season only runs until the end of December so by the time we took over, there wasn't much time to turn it around. I started playing with a 4-3-3 Wide, but just didn't have good enough midfielders and was missing out on playing striker, Noah Christoffersson consistently. After drawing and losing the first two games, I switched to a 4-2-4 and the squad was a lot more competitive. We did still drop/tie games we should've won which ended up being our downfall in the Swedish First Division.

The good news for the save is that I can continue in the 4th tier after realizing the Swedish Second Division was playable after all. All of my players want to leave the club after relegation, so hopefully no one bids on my players as I made a majority promises that I'd sell them if a bid came in for their value.
