Issues when loading Game in windowed mode[Fix]

There has been issues from the outset with users not being able to get the game to start in windowed mode after changing the settings in preferences.

If you are still getting this still I found this solves it

Steam users

Open Steam and access your Games Library

- Right-click on Football Manager 2021-> Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options

- Type this in the box: -small_screen -windowed

- Click on OK, close the window and launch FM201 through Steam

Epic users

- Open Epic Launcher and go to ‘Settings’ on the left-hand panel

- Scroll down until you see Football Manager 2021

- Click the arrow to expand the selection

- Tick the ‘Additional Command Line Arguments’

- Type this in the box: -small_screen -windowed

- Click on OK, close the window and launch FM21 through the Epic Games launcher

also launch the game from your steam library
by pressing play
