Hello, there is currently an important debate going on regarding how to manage the FM24 Data Update going forward, particularly in the case of modifying the ages and contract dates by 1 year. Please can you vote in the poll and join in the discussion.

To take a fallen giant (outside the European Top 10 Ranked teams) from one European country and revive them back to glory then leave and try do the same with another team in a different country.
The start of my career (and to get to grips with FM21) is going to be Man Utd (ranked 11th in Europe)..
I have no specific rules other than to win at least one trophy each season without a break inbetween.
And so to begin my career...
Pre-season begins with a build up to playing Bayern Munich, by which time i hope the players will have got used to my tactical set-up.
Tactically, I am going for a 4-2-3-1 Tiki-Taka with a tweak on the instructions which i hope will prove sucessful.
I have set up the positions to suit my best players.
I will be looking to get a new RW, allowing me to focus on Greenwood as ST and possibly a replacement BWM instead of McTominay but will see what my recruitment team find.
Looking at transfers out, the following will hopefully be leaving the club shortly to provide added funds tot he transfer kitty.
I am also needing to add to the backroom staff, with a Possession/Tactical and Defending/Tactical coach needed.
I will be back with an update half way through friendlies.

The results have been varied, witha good win over the second XI, a disappointing draw with Stoke, a narrow win over Ceske and a good win over Salford
Transfer wise, things are going ok, in comes Angel Correa as a first team RW (£32M)
And offers made for Rovella (£1.8M - Comp) and Vazquez (£5.5M) as a promising youngster and backup
My backroom have had a makeover too, with new DOF, Tech Director and a bunch of new coaches coming in to help improve players.
Things are looking hopeful for the start of the season, but still work to do if i want to challenge for silverware.
Onwards & Upwards!!!

Worryingly though, out of the 37 shots we have had, we only scored 7 of them (and 1 was a penalty).
So far though, my tactics are working ok, I have uploaded them to the Steam Workshop for those who want to try (please reply and let me know how they work for you).

What a good month October was, it started terribly with a 2-0 defeat to wolves. To be fair, we were poor and deserved to be beaten.
Following that we had a strange run of 2-0 wins, apart from a tough 3-2 win over Zenit.

My attacking line have struggled for consistency this month, with Rashford, Martial, Cavani and Correa all struggling for form, which leaves me wondering what to do in January if it continues...
Next update coming after November completes.
