Internacional issue

Latest version of the game with no additions aside from the real name patch and this happen to me.

I sort my team out like so:



but then I click through and this happens:



Is this a known issue? It happened in my last game also but I posted this one for evidence and the last game it gave me 4 out field goalkeepers and Damiao in goal...
