No U23 Team Fixtures

I've gone up the leagues with Chesterfield, and never had a U23 team until I got to the PL, now I'm there. Just finished my second season in PL and my U23 team don't have any fixtures, they only play the JP Trophy and friendlies.. is there a way to sort this out?
