Champions league kit bug?

Is anyone else experiencing this bug with kits when they play in the champions league or is it just my game? 
 

I have a test save as Man Utd

Downloaded the scoreboard mod from SI forum to show Full Team Name, Team Colour, Crest and Kit

I have downloaded our SS kits as-well as the 3D kits for English leagues so that they show on the start screen and in the dressing room.

Everything displays as expected in league games but as soon as I play champions league, the 3D kits don't show and my kit in the scoreboard mod shows the previous team I played?

Next 2 or 3 games in the league is ok, then same behaviour again in next champions league game

 

I took the scoreboard mod out that shows the kit thinking it may be that but the 3D kits still are not loading in champions league?

Here is an attachment showing the Leeds kit in the scoreboard panel, who I had previously played and the champs league game before that it was Newcastle kit showing for me
