The Eredivisie and KKD are playable in FM, just make sure you select them both and there will always be promotion/relegations between those two. If you want to play with the lower leagues as well (let's say you want to play with Quick Boys) you'll need to install an editor file (you can find plenty on the Steam workshop or PM me for a good one) and load it starting your (new) savegame.

he doesnt mean that mate, he wants the 21 /22 season teams as in real life he has already asked on the correct thread[he wants to start the game as if its 21 /22 season]
