Could somebody assist with creating a team within FM?

Hi there,

Just wondering if someone could assist? I've found a team via Social media called Prague Raptors who are an amateur team in Czech Republic, however, I can't find them in the Editor. 

Just wondering if someone would be able to assist by creating them in the game, and potentially creating the graphics?
