Football Manager 2021 does not launch

Hello!

I have bought few months ago on Steam the game Football Manager 2021 and then the game worked. Now it does not work. I click on FM2021 icon and shows up to this point: https://ibb.co/9ySmFrK
 

And the game is over. What should I do?

Did you try verify the game files? If you right click on the game in steam, go to properties, then local files, and click “Verify integrity of game files…". It should fix any errors with the game files.

If that doesn't work, I would advise you to manually go into your steam/steamapps/common/football manager 2021 and delete whole folder and reinstalling the game.
