New Stadium built for no reason

I'm doing a “rags to riches” save started in Gibraltar with the aim working my way up the leagues to one of the Top 5.

After 8 seasons I've managed to get the TNS job in Welsh Premier League.

For some reason there is a stadium in the database called the Dean Saunders Arena in Cardiff with 54000 capacity, built in 2022 (currently 2029) and it hasn't been used for single match and isn't linked to any club.

Has this happened to anybody else?
