I used this tactic with Fenerbahce and Leeds United.With Fenerbahce we win Europe,League.With Leeds we finis the league 4th.
I want to say in training I use Team bonding,Transition-press,Play from the back and If we play a strong team I add Physical and Defending disengaged,Defending Engaged.
This is my first tactic I share in this platform.I'm open to any suggestions, have fun
