All leagues and teams have been edited and added as real. Instead of missing or not available in the database, symbolic teams with the names of provinces and districts have been added. Realistic cash rewards have been arranged. Teams that have been champions in the past now get past championship money. Work permit rule was introduced. New financial fair play rules were introduced. Fixtures and squad rules for all leagues have been revised. Foreign player limit removed. All teams' regional and provincial regions have been adjusted. Due to the team and league excess, the loading of the game may vary according to your system. The game loads a little late. If you are patient and wait, the game will load. Good game to everyone

Work permit rules are very strict. It is impossible to transfer players. Every transfer made is canceled because a work permit is not given. In addition to transferring, it is impossible to keep foreign players in the club, especially for lower league clubs. When I was promoted from the 2nd tier league to the top tier league, I couldn't sign a contract with the existing foreign players because I couldn't get a work permit and all of them were released. When I went to the top league, it became impossible to play the game because I could not make new transfers.

To players who considers to climbing up ladders from lower division to upper divison. It is impossible to play due to work permit rule. Lower division clubs has low reputation and you cannot attract good players to your club. Club budgets are too low to bypass work permit rules. You have to play limited skilled local players on 2nd and 1st Division. Good patch for players who likes to play in 3rd 4th divisions however if you have plans for European Cup or domination of Top League, forget it.
En alt liglerden şehrinin, mahallesinin takımını almayı düşünenler üstteki yorumu sizler için çevirelim. Yama Premier League replikası olduğu için “Çalışma İzni” sıkıntısı mevcut. Üstteki yorumu yapan arkadaş ise Süper Lig'e kadar çıkmış fakat tüm yabancı oyuncuları “Çalışma İzni” sebebiyle serbest kalmış. Amatör liglerde takılmak isteyenler için ideal bir yama ama mahalle takımını alayım ordan Avrupa Kupaları hayaliniz varsa, düşük itibarlı takımınızla sadece düşük kalite Türk oyunculara mahkumsunuz, yabancı almak imkansıza yakın. 24-25 sezonuna geldiğinde PTT liginde 2. sezonumdaydım ve yabancı oyuncu transferi imkansız. Hiçbir oyuncuya çalışma izni çıkmıyor. Çalışma İzni alabilmek için milyon euro bağlamak gerek.

When I choose a lower league save, In the player search section, I see all players around the world even though I didn't choose that pack for scouting/searching player.
I will be happy if it's fixed. Except that, patch works really nice thank you.
