Below Is The Tactic I Used, Basically I Rotated My Central Defenders Often And Also During The Second Half Of My Matches I Would Swap At Least One Defensive Midfielder As There Fitness Always Goes To Around 65% Due To Work Rate. If You'd Like To See Anything Else Then Let Me Know, Willing To Help Anyone! Currently Leading England In World Cup 2014 As Got Offered Job.

I've Changed Most Of My Backroom Staff And I Doing A Lot Of Team Meetings Before Big Games Is A Good Thing, It Is The Best Achievement I've Done And As My Overall Record Says I've Only Lost 17 Games Out Of 131, Don't Think Anyone Would Have Thought With The Players I've Bought And Mainly Sold I.E Rooney Would Have Thought I Would Do What I've Done.
