How can I remove the ban on Russia in FM 2022?

I am in season 2027 now and Russia is still banned.

from what i have heard its hard coded SI have banned them for life, u may have to download a previous database

Is there anyway of downloading a previous database in order to fix Russia if you don't already have one?
