Since the Jorge Jesus has assigned to Fenerbahçe as Manager, all the system changed and there is a plenty tactical and formational changes applied. Jorge Jesus is an effective on tactics and love the football since he's at age 20. Including his 10 years, he mostly uses 4-2-3-1, 5-3-2 and also 4-1-3-2. We all know that he was good at Benfica, Flamengo and Sporting. The tactics were different on each team and also every match. Jorge Jesus used the 4-1-3-2 for his new team on last 2 match against Dynamo Kiev. He created a good plan and tactic using the gegenpress and quick game play. Here's the tactic I have created for FM22 since I am a big fan of Fenerbahçe. I liked the system and surprisly going to use more, maybe I would change some things but even if I don't this tactics worked for me and I recommend it.
