Files present but changes not loading

Hello,

I have downloaded the most recent data update, but when I load up a new game none of the changes have taken place and the players are on their original teams. I'm not having any issues with other data files loading from this location.

 

I'm also having this issue - files show in list of editor files on New Game but changes aren't showing for English transfers at least

@Footygamer The changes file is not present in the ‘normal' update anymore, maybe you're already working on it

Worth noting the zip also contains an odd folder ‘<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>?        <record>?            <string id="description" value=""

Which contains countless subfolders
