Future start country/nation not appearing

Hi. Apologies if this is in the wrong section.

I've done plenty of searching the website and google searches and couldnt find out the answer to my issue.

The “sortitoutsi custom start date” country in Africa just isn't appearing for me?

The future start date - changes database is selected on the previous screen.

Am i missing something?

Worked it out: for some reason I have 2 editor data files. One on my C drive and one on my D drive? No idea why, I installed it on the C.

Not sure if its to do with epic games?

ANy way, putting the files in both seems to have solved the problem
