New FM, so it's time for a new career in Football Manager 2023😀

I've never played Ligue 1 Uber Eats so I decided to try my hand at this league.

I also did not want to play league hegemons in the form of PSG or Marseille or Lyon, I focused on a club with very good training facilities and a very good youth training system.

The choice fell on the club you see above.

There are many talented players in the club, such as Kamaldeen Sulemana, Kalimuendo, Gouiri, Majer or Terrier or Doku.

Unfortunately, the club also has some old players and positions that require strengthening and depth, such as the left and right sides of the defence, midfield or the purchase of a goalkeeper who will be "1" for years at the club.

In my career, as always, I focused on organizing the coaching staff and assigning duties and setting the training regime as well as assigning observation tasks to my search group.

The 2022-2023 season will be a test season, a typical testing ground for my players I found at the club - I will know who is suitable to stay at the club and which players we will have to part with or put on the transfer list.

As I mentioned a few paragraphs earlier, reinforcement requires: position of the goalkeeper, because Mandanda and Gomis are not goalkeepers with whom I have any hopes and besides, they are old 😔 left and right extended defender because Traore and Meling don't live up to my expectations👎 midfield and forward players will be sought to create squad depth and choice.

I have also reviewed the possessions in the reserve and junior team and there are some players like Belocian, Doue, Samake and Manquant who will get a chance to prove themselves in the first team.

At the moment, a very good start in the league, 4 points behind the leader, PSG, as well as a sensational start in the UEFA Europa League and won matches with Feyenoord or Union Saint-Gilloise.

The end of the 2022-2023 season It's been a real rollercoaster for my team this season. 

Hard battles with OL or OM, not to mention PSG, where we miraculously won the first match at home 2:1 and in the spring round in Paris we got 1:3. 

It was not the only slip-up, because having an advantage of 9 points over the Parisians, several defeats, including those against Ajjaccio 3:4 at home or against Brest, meant that I was fighting for the Championship until the end - which I managed to do anyway.

In LE, I was eliminated in the semi-final with Arsenal 7:4 on aggregate, LE won Lazio.

Now rearranging the squad and thanking the players who did not meet my expectations and fighting for another foreman and showing up well in the Champions League
