Created this tactic when i started a journey man save and began my career at Havant & waterlooville in the vanarama national league. managed to finish 4th while i was tweaking the tactic but cant take credit as that is when i joined mid season and they were already around 5th. started the next season and made a few transfers mainly Owen Hesketh on a free at AM. at the beginning of the season the tactic was still in progress which is why at the begging we were struggling and didnt finish 1st. we also lost on penalties in the playoffs which was really devastating but thats FM. we Managed to go on a record breaking run going unbeaten in 32 league matches which was a record for the league. my front 3 managed to get 110 goal contributions all together which is just insane.

Just want to say that this is the first tactic i have created that i thought was good enough to upload. so any comments/ criticism is greatly appreciated.
