I've created a custom fantasy file that makes it so Saudi Arabia are based in the European Football Federation.
This will make it so Saudi Arabian teams are able to compete in European competitions.

I was wondering why I was seeing more high potential regens from Saudi Arabia and Qatar and it seems like SI juiced their youth rating. I'm not sure if it was always this high?

How did you do this on the pre-game editor? I am trying to move Iraq to Europe too!

It's actually quite simple. Normally the option for continent is grayed out and not changeable but to access it you just need to change a boolean in the code using the resource archiver.
A much simpler way however is to just download this skin for the FM editor and it should be available without doing that.
