It's not especially true, in the list of players where I want to make the changes, there are some who left before the release of FM23. [there wont be any missing players getting added to the data update]
if you want missing players added to FM23 you will need to do them yourself mate in the editor or find a Mod where someone is updating FM23
so I will move this to editors forum,as its nothing to do with the data update which is for FM24 only and doesnt deal with this
