This fixes the issue where top clubs in Saudi, Qatar, and UAE (when enabled using my league files) were not signing enough domestic players. Mostly small fixes to local players' “home reputation” so its consistent with the practice in most countries, where it is in line with a player's CA or slightly higher.

Interesting, I haven't played in Saudi Arabia. But I would have thought you'd need a mod enabling more foreign signings after this summer

I've given the big 4 clubs a big government sponsorship and the objective to sign high-rep players, it's hard to fully replicate their transfer strategy but we can get close.

Thanks, great work! 🙂 Which 4 big clubs? I assume three of them are Ittihad, Nassr and Hilal.
If Al-Ettifaq (Gerrard, maybe Henderson) or Al-Ahli Saudi FC (Firmino, Mendy) are missing, maybe consider adding as big clubs with gov.sponsorhip?

I did some research on finances before the latest news, then for the 4 clubs taken over by the Public Investment Fund (the three you mentioned plus Al-Ahli) I gave them a huge bump too. Might try and think of a way to give Ettifaq a realistic boost as well
