Transfer budgets

Is it best to manually input transfer budgets after using the data update?
Liverpool have a budget of £2 for example on my save

Transfer budgets will only be updated after the conclusion of the window, it's a lot of work to constantly edit them after transfers for hundreds of clubs. Once the window shuts its a lot easier.
