Fresh install of FM22

Hi all,  I have posted this in the General as it doesn't relate to 1 specific question.   I played FM22 a couple of years ago and had sownloaded packs and skins etc.   I hadn't the time then but now I have more.   Last night I deleted everything relating to FM22 and all the doc folders etc.   I want to do a fresh install ( Steam ) and downl;oad updated metalic logo's and a new skin along with a face megapack etc.    What is the correct way to install these?    Do i just install through steam again then download and install the add ons's ?   Is there anything I need to watch out for and any other help / tips etc would be much appreciated !
