Adds the 32-team Club World Cup in the summer of 2025, 2029 etc.
The 7-team version in 2023 is added, as well as my best guess at the format of the new tournament for December 2024 and so on where the European champion goes straight to the final.
This is compatible with my files fixing CONCACAF, putting Russian clubs in the AFC Champions League, putting CONCACAF teams into the Copa Libertadores, and placing Wellington Phoenix in the O-League.
