Just wanted to say that all of the loan contracts for the summer transfers all end in 2023, when wanting to do a save with the updated transfers, I have had to use the editor to edit all the loans to end in 2024 rather than 2023

That makes sense. The game starts in 2022 so the loans should end in 2023.
Are you trying to combine the data update with another update? If so you should be clear about that when reporting an issue otherwise you'll just confuse everyone.
If not, can you try and be clearer what you think the issue is?
