I don't really understand, what do you mean by opening the file?

Just added the version which reintroduces away goals as well

you need to  add  to te file to  your editor data folder   and  to  activate the  file you  need to  star  new  career,  in database you check  the  file, hope  it helps.

Am I the only one with this issue? When I start a save with this file, the UEFA Super Cup doesn't take place in 2024. For example, if Bayern wins the UCL and Liverpool the UEL in 23/24, there isn't a Super Cup final between the two of them in August 2024. Instead, it is played in August 2025, and the same thing happens every season where the corresponding super cup match is played a year later.

Is it possible to have a real group stage for UCL, UEL, UECL?

Yes, same thing happened with my save too.  There is no Super Cup match played in August 2024 and the August 2025 Super Cup match is contested between the 2024 UCL and UEL winners.  The past winners record show Man City as the 2024 winners even though they won the 2023 Super Cup.  So yes, this database edit breaks the Super Cup unfortunately.  Hopefully it can be fixed as, like many, I prefer the group stage formats.

Oh yeah, didn't catch this while running the tests, I'll take a look tomorrow.

For anyone waiting for an updated file, you can use last years. You'll have to ‘test rules' in the fm24 pre game editor and then save for the file to work. After running a couple of tests the super cup works as should.

Hello i am keep getting randomly teams in preeliminary rounds of UCL, like additional Luxembourgish, Lithuanian or even lower Spanish club enters this round, it is possible to fix that or maybe my extra database with UEFA leagues causes this bug?

Just an example, random 2nd Montenegrin club enters preeliminary round.

any chance of add no New “fifa club world cup” format? still only old anual format ?

I downloaded the file, pasted in editor data folder, start a new save and still it's showing the new format:

are there any known bugs with this? or it works as its supposed to im seeing some mixed reviews

When I load the file in the editor and go to make some small changes to clubs and/or players, the file can no longer be verified.

I've pasted an example down below. I made exactly one change to show what I mean (Colch → CUFC). And its no longer verified.

I save the data in order to test it. The message that comes up is “Error in Nation Rules: UEFA Youth League, Number of teams in competition (103) doesn't match expected number of teams from rankings (64)”.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I know I could have the in-game editor within the game but I don't want to access it during my saves.

Are you loading a custom database when starting the save?

it needs fixing when you go to start a new save it won't let you select it as there is a triangle there meaning you can not select it

These are separate issues, the winter update just came out today so V2 will need to update the version before it's compatible.

Hi there mate, thanks for the great work. I do not necessarily like the current UEFA structure but I really do hate the new one. It kills the competitive soul of the tournement in my opinion. I downloaded and used your work previously but I guess it needs an update to work on 4.3.0. I am really only waiting for the new version of this to start a new save and ruin my life even more. Thanks again mate.
