Premium membership problem

Hi, please can someone help. I have paid for premium as I do each year as it is set to auto renew. When I log in however it does not recognise I have signed up to premium. From what I can see I have 2 accounts set up to the same email and it is only recognising the one without premium. Can someone help me sign into my original account where I have paid for premium?

You have multiple accounts. The other is called @pdr11081 

I worked that out mate but my issue is I can't sign into the one with the premium membership (pdr11081). Are both linked to the same email? When i try to reset password it just resets the paulrim account.

No it's not the other one is set to your aol.com email address

Nightmare. That account got hacked years ago and I don't have access to it. What can I do?

I've switched them around now login with your gmail address.
