i’ve tried to download the newgen face pack and the first try it worked and i has the faces.Then when i came back on the game it no longer has them i can’t put them back on because it says rtf failed whenever i try and newgan manager won’t start any help?

i'm not seeing one of the files in the download folder; just the faces and not the tool
