Both Fagioli and Tonali are suspended (24.2 Update) - real life dates

Update: Since 24.1.1 introduced the suspension for Sandro Tonali (October-August), Nicolo Fagioli's suspension stayed the same (July-May). This file will change Nicolo Fagioli's suspension to mirror a “real-life” one.
