Download Stop

Hi, ive just paid my membership and successfully downloaded the face pack but every other download seems to stop a few seconds into it and asks to reload, this keeps happening.

What browser and operating system are you using?

Do you definitely have enough disk space available?

Yes, have the space available. I’m using safari. 
 

Its strange how it let me download the Face pack but nothing else.
