This is the first tactic that I built for FM24. After playing as AC Milan for early access I became fascinated by their style of play that they use and their 4-3-3 system. This is an evolution of the original tactic that I used and have developed it into this brilliant 4-3-3.
This tactic:
Uses a sweeper keeper
A back four with wing backs
A combo of three different midfield roles that all compliment each other
Two inside forwards to drive at the opposition defences
An advanced forward to score the goals.
It has a positive mentality.
In the youtube video I tested it with Aston Villa, Real Betis and Bayer Leverkusen
