Transfer Budget Question

I didn't make any transfers when I first took over Man Utd in the first transfer window. 

Its now Jan 2024 (the second transfer window) and I've sold a number of players from my first team squad and now have £160m in the bank.

If I don't spend that money this season, will it still be there next season?

At the moment, it's saying next season my transfer budget will be only £24m.
