Taking on the Real World Challenge so players like James Ward-Prose, RomeoLavia, Moses Djenepo,, Mohammed Salisu and Tino Livramento will all leave during the transfer window. Incoming players include Ryan Manning, Shea Charles, Ross Stewart plus loan deals for Mason Holgate, Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Flynn Downes and Ryan Frazer.
Several other key players are wanted by other clubs so am hoping to hold on to them.
Transfer budget is £20 million but wages are over budget by almost £160,000.
