Issue Extracting Newgan facepack

Hello,

I've been trying to install the newgan facepack into my game and when i am trying to extract it using winRAR, the extraction failed everytime on 27% and just gave me an error message. ive tried different newgan facepacks and i re-installed winRAR but nothing seemed to help. anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? (had no problems downloading regular facepack and kits)
