Question. how do these work in FM24 with promoted and relegated teams? Would they clash? If so, should I stick with 2023 versions of all these updated leagues?

You should always delete packs from previous seasons, and never combine different styles 🙂

Of course but the issue is, the season starts in 2023, so the teams at the start of a save is from 2023. So if I use the 2024 version, with promoted and relegated teams, it won't work properly right? Guess that is the issue with these leagues that start in the late season.
