@Ibarra Thank you for the effort but far too many of these kits have different colours and patches where someone has tried to repair areas or clone option etc:

As for the state ones, I don't know either.

These kits I have in PES 2021 and as I have FM24 I decided to generate them for it through the creator converter kit.
